At The Poster Folk, we print and ship wall art worldwide. As a print-on-demand service, your order is printed locally where possible — helping to reduce delivery times, minimise our environmental impact, and avoid unnecessary import fees.

Production Locations

We have production partners in the UK, USA, EU, Canada, and Australia. Your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally with free delivery on all orders. We currently offer free shipping across Europe (EU and non-EU countries), the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and beyond.

No Import Fees

Because we print locally, customers in the UK, EU, USA, and Australia will not incur import fees or customs charges on their orders.

Carriers

We use trusted carriers depending on your location:

UK: Royal Mail 48 or Evri
USA: USPS Standard
Australia: AusPost Standard
All other locations: DHL and other international carriers

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase. Framed prints may take up to 5 working days to dispatch due to additional production time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and full carrier details by email.

Returns Postage

All orders are sent with free delivery. However, if an item needs to be returned, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Please note that return postage will be calculated based on your nearest print partner location, which may not be the UK.
